Incomplete requests may delay processing.
Emergency Requests
If you are submitting a request involving an immediate threat to life or safety, please clearly indicate that the request is time-sensitive.
We may disclose limited information without prior notice when we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm, as permitted by law.
