Meet Positives ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Meet Positives account data, including any data connected through third-party services such as Instagram.
Delete Your Meet Positives Account
If you would like to delete your Meet Positives account and associated data, you may request deletion by contacting our support team through the Support / Submit a Request page or by using the email address listed below.
Once your request is confirmed, we will process the deletion and remove your account data from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies.
Delete Instagram Connected Data
If you connected your Instagram account to Meet Positives, we may store limited information required to support that connection, including:
- A connection identifier, such as an Instagram user ID
- Authorization tokens required to maintain the connection, securely stored
- A list of Instagram media identifiers selected for display on Meet Positives
You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time from within your Meet Positives account settings, if available. Disconnecting Instagram will remove the connection and stop any future access.

Verification & Processing Time
For security purposes, we may request additional verification to confirm that you are the account owner before processing your request.
Most data deletion requests are completed within 30 days. In certain cases, we may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, chargeback protection, or compliance purposes.
