This policy applies to all content shared on the platform, including profiles, photos, messages, usernames, and any other user-generated content, and to all conduct on or facilitated through the platform.

Age and Prohibited Conduct

Meet Positives is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors may not create accounts, appear in dating profiles or photos, or use the platform in any capacity. Accounts found to belong to or depict a minor are terminated immediately.

Users may not use the platform to:

• engage in, promote, facilitate, aid, abet, encourage, or support any illegal activity;
• engage in or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, or commercial sexual services;
• create, request, possess, distribute, or link to child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes or exploits a minor;
• promote, threaten, depict, or encourage sexual violence, coercion, abuse, or non-consensual sexual activity;
• share intimate or sexually explicit content without the depicted person's consent;
• engage in scams, fraud, impersonation, financial solicitation, sextortion, or activity intended to deceive or defraud another user; or
• upload pornography, nudity, sexually explicit profile content, or content advertising sexual encounters or commercial sexual services.

Violations of this section result in immediate account termination without notice. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law, and reports of trafficking or sexual violence are escalated to the appropriate authorities.

Allowed Content

Meet Positives encourages authentic, respectful content that supports meaningful connections. Examples of generally acceptable content include:

• Accurate and honest profile information
• Respectful messages and conversations
• Appropriate photos that clearly represent the member
• Content intended to connect, communicate, or express interest in a respectful manner

Restricted or Prohibited Content

To protect the community, certain types of content are not permitted and may be removed. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Explicit, pornographic, or sexually exploitative material
• Hate speech, harassment, or threatening language
• Content that promotes violence or illegal activities
• Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Impersonation or misleading representation
• Non-consensual or exploitative imagery

Photos & Media Guidelines

Photos and media should accurately represent the member and be appropriate for a dating platform. Please also review our Upload Policy for additional rules related to user-uploaded content.

The following may result in removal or restriction:

• Images containing nudity or explicit sexual content
• Photos depicting violence, abuse, or illegal activity
• Images that include hate symbols or offensive gestures
• Stolen, manipulated, or misleading images

Misuse of the Platform

Content intended to misuse or exploit the platform is not allowed. This includes attempts to manipulate other members, collect personal information, or direct users to off-platform services for deceptive or harmful purposes.

Accounts primarily used for solicitation, promotion, or non-dating activities may be restricted or removed.

Review & Enforcement

Content may be reviewed through automated systems, user reports, or manual review by our Trust & Safety team.

When content violates this policy, we may take action such as removing the content, limiting account features, or restricting or removing the account, depending on the severity and frequency of violations.

Reporting Content

If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy, you are encouraged to report it using the tools available on the platform. You may also contact us through the Support / Submit a Request page. Reporting helps us address issues quickly and improve safety for everyone.

Policy Updates

This Content and Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, community standards, or safety practices.

This policy is the controlling document for content and conduct on Meet Positives. Where it conflicts with the Community Guidelines or Upload Policy, this policy governs.

Continued use of Meet Positives after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
