Lifetime Membership Terms

These Lifetime Membership Terms apply to members who purchase or upgrade to a Lifetime Membership on Meet Positives. By purchasing Lifetime Membership, clicking “I Agree,” or completing the upgrade process, you agree to the terms below.
Important: Lifetime Membership refers to the lifetime of the MeetPositives.com platform and its Premium services, not the lifetime of the individual member.
Lifetime Membership Terms
- This is a one-time, non-refundable payment granting you Premium Pro access for the life of the platform.
- Lifetime Membership remains valid as long as your account is active, in good standing, and compliant with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Violations of our policies, abusive behavior, or account termination for cause will result in forfeiture of Lifetime Membership without refund.
- If you cancel your membership or delete your account, you will lose your Lifetime Membership and it cannot be reinstated.
- You may freeze your account to keep your membership active during breaks. Accounts frozen for more than 6 months will be moved to hibernation with limited visibility and features.
- Accounts inactive or frozen for 24 consecutive months will be considered abandoned, resulting in permanent deletion and loss of Lifetime Membership.
- Lifetime Membership is non-transferable and valid only for your account.
- Lifetime applies for as long as MeetPositives.com operates Premium services. If Premium services are discontinued, Lifetime Membership will end with no refund or compensation due.
One-Time Payment and No Refunds
Lifetime Membership is purchased through a one-time payment. Because Lifetime Membership provides long-term Premium Pro access at a discounted lifetime rate, all Lifetime Membership purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or payment processor rules.
Account Standing and Policy Compliance
Your Lifetime Membership remains active only while your account is in good standing. Accounts that violate MeetPositives.com policies, Community Guidelines, safety rules, or Terms of Service may be suspended or terminated.
If your account is terminated for cause, your Lifetime Membership will be forfeited without refund.
Account Cancellation or Deletion
If you voluntarily cancel your membership, delete your account, or request account deletion, your Lifetime Membership will be permanently lost and cannot be restored, transferred, or reinstated.
Account Freezing, Hibernation, and Inactivity
Members may freeze their account to take a break while keeping their membership active.
If an account remains frozen for more than 6 months, it may be moved to hibernation with limited visibility and limited features.
Accounts that are inactive or frozen for 24 consecutive months may be considered abandoned. Abandoned accounts may be permanently deleted, resulting in the loss of Lifetime Membership.
Non-Transferable Membership
Lifetime Membership is personal to the account that purchased it. It may not be transferred, sold, gifted, shared, assigned, or moved to another account.
Changes to Premium Services
MeetPositives.com may update, rename, modify, add, or remove Premium features over time.
Lifetime Membership provides access to Premium services for as long as those services are offered by MeetPositives.com. It does not guarantee that any specific feature, benefit, layout, function, or service name will remain unchanged forever.
If MeetPositives.com stops operating, discontinues Premium services, or materially changes its membership structure, Lifetime Membership will end with no refund or compensation due.
Agreement Confirmation
By completing the Lifetime Membership purchase and selecting “I Agree” during the upgrade process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Lifetime Membership Terms.
Relationship to Other Terms
These Lifetime Membership Terms are part of and subject to the MeetPositives.com Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable platform policies.
If there is a conflict between these Lifetime Membership Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless otherwise required by law.
