How to Screen Capture on Your Phone:

For Android:

1. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously for a few seconds.
2. You’ll hear a shutter sound, and the screen will be captured.
3. Find your screenshot in the Gallery or Photos app.

For Apple (iPhone/iPad):

1. Press and hold the Side/Top button and the Volume Up button at the same time.
2. Quickly release both buttons.
3. You’ll see a thumbnail of your screenshot in the lower-left corner of your screen. Tap it to view or edit it.

How to Screen Record on Your Phone:

For Android:

1. Swipe down from the top of your screen to access the Quick Settings panel.
2. Tap the Screen Recorder icon.
3. Follow the prompts to start recording.

For Apple (iPhone/iPad):

1. Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap Customize Controls.
2. Add Screen Recording to your Control Center.
3. Open the Control Center and tap the Screen Record icon to start recording.
